Summary0000805: after go to live, when change HDR on/ off, the color value don't be changged properly.

as we reported to your team, it happen below issue in BFX-UH200, BFX_AT100_513 FW.

when boot up, if don't go to live , whenever change HDR on/off in menu, it is changed properly.
however, if go to live, whenever change HDR ON/off in menu, didn't be changed.
when go to live from this status, it is changed only mode. but didn't was applied PQ value( brightness2, contrast2, saturation,. )

Hi Mr. SY Yoon, Jason Park,

The root cause for this issue is 'hdr_proc_mode' is not handled well in previous patch.
'hdr_proc_mode' will be assigned to wrong value between toggle HDR setting.

I had tested with v17513.1. it seem be ok. so I close this issue.
